Fall Festival & BBQ Dinner (Fall 6)

Registration

  • Help set up, serve, and clean up and EARN a race credit!

    Arrive at 11:30a to help setup, then help serve after the race, then help with clean up.

    NOTE: Up to 4 total race credits for all full day ADULT volunteers for the entire event will be awarded.

FALL FESTIVAL & BBQ DINNER

End of Season Celebration! Join us Immediately following the Fall 6 Race (Nov 22). Everyone is welcome!

  • BBQ for Dinner (PLEASE RSVP by NOV 19 so we can make sure to have enough delicious food)
  • Dad Race: Beer Run (requires race registration)
  • Family Fun
  • Games
  • Face Painting/Tattoos
  • Bid for Prizes
  • Movie Night (bring your own lawn chair and dress warm for cooler weather)

Instead of selling tickets for 50/50:

  • Each driver and spectator will receive 1 ticket.
  • Tickets will be used to bid on a prize of your choice.
  • The more tickets you bid the greater your chances of Winning great prizes.
  • Extra tickets will be sold for $1 per ticket.
  • Money from selling extra tickets will be used towards next party.

NOTE: adult volunteers who help for the entire party (set up, serve, clean up) earn 1 race credit! 2 race credits = 1 free race. (Up to 4 race credits will be issued)
