ENDURANCE RACE STAFF

Race Rules and Registration

eWAIVER

Corner Marshall (paid: $150 per shift)

• TIME: (please note that the schedule is set up as a split day... so, for example, the experienced Senior and Heavy racers can work a corner for  the younger driver's races -- and get paid!)
• • Shift A: 8:30am - 2p (Kid Kart & Junior Races)
  • Shift B: 1:30p - 7p (Senior & Heavy Races)
• DESCRIPTION: Warn drivers of dangerous situations on the track, notify RD of potential driving/mechanical infractions, assist drivers to safety. NOTE: 18+, or 16+ with approval of Race Director and President.

Grid Steward

• TIME: 8:30a - Race End
• DESCRIPTION: Manage grid: check wristbands & inspection tags, line up karts, call for engine start, release to track, keep unauthorized people off track, track pit stops.

Scales/Tech Helper

• TIME: 8:30a - Race End
• DESCRIPTION: Record and calculate  weights, mark tires, convey penalties to drivers, notify Scoring as class clears Weight & Tech, keep traffic from gathering at exit to Tech Barn, collect transponders,

Registration/Insurance

• TIME: 8:00a - 10:30a & 1-2p
• DESCRIPTION: Check in drivers and spectators, obtain eWaivers from everyone who enters property.

Trash Worker

• TIME: 1-2x as needed
• DESCRIPTION: Empty all trash cans into dumpster.

11a          50 Laps: Kid Kart Teams

12p          125 Laps: Junior 1 & Junior 2 Teams

2-2:15p   Senior & Heavy Warm Up (team weigh-in & tire marking following)

2:30p       Driver’s Meeting for Senior & Heavy teams

               Podiums for Kid Kart & Junior Teams

3p            300 Laps: Senior & Heavy Teams
